Dave renovated houses in the early 2000's, owned/operated an electrical contracting business for 10 years, while consulting and managing commercial lighting projects. Returning to his love of real estate, Dave currently works with real estate investors and home sellers as a full time Realtor, with SRES Certification; licensed in KS and MO.

Tracy is an entrepreneur and published author with proven expertise in senior move management, property management and real estate consulting, not-for-profit and Certified SBA/SBDC small business development specialists.
She founded Agyrtis Lending, a private, hard and soft asset based lending firm in 2019. Utilizing her expertise in resort and second home real estate transactions, property management and staging, she has been guiding families through their life transitions for over 35 years.
In 2021, she combined her consulting expertise, outstanding organizational skills, nurturing personality and ability to relate to seniors to create Our Parents House. As a certified Senior Transition Specialists (STS) she helps manage the details and logistics her clients encounter when downsizing and relocating to retirement living. Tracy earned her MRE from NAR along with many other designations.
